Responsibilities
- Cash checks and process deposits and withdrawals for customers accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and patience.
- Sell bank products such as certificates of deposit, savings accounts, and loans to meet branch goals.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor and maintain the lobby, ensuring a welcoming and secure environment for all visitors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a Bank Teller or Cashier is preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and credit check.
