Responsibilities
- Process transactions with precision and efficiency while maintaining strict regulatory compliance
- Build strong customer relationships through personalized financial guidance and problem-solving
- Actively identify cross-sell opportunities for banking products and services
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and daily transaction records
- Collaborate with branch leadership to enhance customer service workflows
- Support new account openings and assist with basic digital banking inquiries
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience in a customer-facing role
- Proven ability to maintain 100% cash drawer accuracy
- Strong communication skills with diverse customer populations
- Proficient in basic financial software and digital banking platforms
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean background check
- BA/BS in Finance or related field preferred but not required
