As a Bank Teller, you will be the face of our bank, ensuring our clients receive top-tier service while managing financial transactions with precision.
Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily settlement reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch goals.
- Adhere to all banking regulations and internal compliance policies.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and secure work environment.
- Identify and refer customers to financial advisors for specialized services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong mathematical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and credit check.
