Responsibilities
- Process daily banking transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to resolve inquiries and requests.
- Open and close branch accounts while strictly adhering to all security and compliance regulations.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for our suite of financial products and services.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and secure branch environment.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions at the end of the shift.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Bank Teller, Cashier, or in customer service is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to handle large sums of cash with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and POS terminals.
- Ability to pass a background check and a credit check.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
