Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Identify and cross-sell bank products (credit cards, loans, savings accounts) to meet customer needs
- Maintain cash drawer compliance through meticulous balancing and audit procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances, fees, and digital banking services
- Adhere to strict security protocols to prevent fraud and protect sensitive financial data
- Contribute to branch goals by participating in community outreach events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and banking software
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and some holidays
- Basic knowledge of financial regulations (Regulation CC, BSA)
