Responsibilities
- Process Transactions: Accurately handle cash deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing for customers.
- Customer Service: Greet visitors warmly, answer inquiries, and resolve account issues efficiently to ensure a positive banking experience.
- Cash Balancing: Daily reconciliation of cash drawers and proof of cash to ensure strict accuracy and compliance.
- Product Sales: Identify opportunities to cross-sell our suite of financial products, such as debit cards, online banking, and savings accounts.
- Security Compliance: Adhere to all bank security protocols and safeguard customer information and funds.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain branch cleanliness, assist with lobby management, and file necessary documents.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous cash handling and customer service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with a strong work ethic.
- Skills: Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail are essential.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
