Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide exceptional customer service while identifying cross-sell opportunities for bank products
- Balance cash drawers and maintain precise transaction records daily
- Assist customers with ATM operations and basic account inquiries
- Adhere to strict security protocols and anti-fraud procedures
- Collaborate with branch management to resolve customer escalations
- Participate in ongoing training on banking regulations and new technologies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
