Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to meet their financial needs.
- Maintain accurate records of all daily transactions and balance the cash drawer at the end of the shift.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to enhance customer relationships.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the teller line and branch management to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; prior banking or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to handle cash with high accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and bank software systems.
