Your Role
As a Bank Teller, you will be the face of our branch. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients while performing a variety of financial transactions.
Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide a superior level of customer service to build lasting relationships.
- Cross-sell bank products and services, such as savings accounts and credit cards, to meet branch goals.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and reconcile daily cash drawers.
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies, regulatory requirements, and security procedures.
- Assist customers with account inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or banking certification preferred.
- Previous experience as a bank teller or in a customer service role is highly desirable.
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to handle cash with 100% accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with banking standards.
