Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Provide personalized financial solutions and product recommendations to clients
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions to maintain compliance
- Resolve client inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service standards
- Support branch operations through cross-training and backup coverage
- Participate in sales initiatives to achieve branch goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling role
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations and compliance
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office
