Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Build relationships by identifying cross-selling opportunities for bank products
- Maintain secure cash drawer and balance daily with meticulous attention to detail
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts, fees, and services
- Adhere to all bank security protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Assist with ATM maintenance and night drop processing
- Support branch operations by processing loan payments and updating records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic math and financial software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
