Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting bank products/services
- Balance cash drawer and daily transactions while maintaining strict compliance with security protocols
- Open new accounts, explain financial products, and cross-sell bank services to meet customer needs
- Utilize banking software to process transactions and maintain accurate customer records
- Uphold bank regulations and ensure all transactions comply with anti-fraud policies
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail with financial transactions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse customers
- Proficiency with banking software and basic computer applications
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
