Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with 99.9% accuracy including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized financial product recommendations
- Maintain strict compliance with bank security protocols and anti-fraud measures
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining branch service standards
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions within established timeframes
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch targets
- Collaborate with commercial banking team on complex client needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience in customer service role
- Proven ability to maintain 100% cash drawer accuracy
- Familiarity with banking regulations (Reg CC, Reg E, BSA)
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual proficiency preferred
- Proficient in core banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Valid Oregon driver's license with clean driving record
- Pass federal background check and credit verification
