Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and account transfers.
- Build lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries with a smile.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Adhere to strict security and compliance policies to prevent fraud and ensure safety.
- Assist with branch operations, such as lobby management and ATM maintenance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or cash handling is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with computers and point-of-sale systems.
