Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for banking products (credit cards, loans, savings accounts)
- Resolve customer inquiries and resolve account discrepancies efficiently
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and daily transaction reports
- Support branch operations through ATM maintenance and vault duties
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience in retail or banking
- Proficiency with financial software and digital banking platforms
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- NYC banking license or ability to obtain within 30 days
