Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Deliver outstanding customer service by resolving inquiries and promoting bank products
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to security protocols
- Open new accounts and assist customers with digital banking tools
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales goals and service standards
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
- Balance daily transactions and prepare end-of-day reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and banking systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must pass background check and pre-employment screening
- Previous banking or financial services experience preferred
