Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and financial guidance.
- Balance cash drawers daily and ensure all transactions reconcile correctly.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, explain complex banking products, and navigate digital banking platforms.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to offer products that meet the specific financial needs of our clients.
- Adhere to strict security protocols and regulatory compliance standards to prevent fraud and ensure safety.
- Collaborate with the branch team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or banking operations is a plus.
