Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing accurately and efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries regarding accounts and services, and resolve issues with a smile.
- Balance cash drawers daily and reconcile financial records to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Identify and cross-sell our suite of financial products to meet customer needs and bank goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure teller line area to ensure a professional customer experience.
- Adhere to strict compliance and security regulations to prevent fraud and ensure safety.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior banking or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions with absolute precision.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with banking software.
- Must pass a background check and a credit check.
