Responsibilities
- Process transactions with accuracy and efficiency including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve account inquiries
- Balance cash drawers and maintain daily transaction records
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for credit union products
- Adhere to all banking regulations and security protocols
- Assist branch operations as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical and computer skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
