Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide a superior banking experience through active listening and problem-solving.
- Balance cash drawers daily and reconcile daily reports to ensure accuracy.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell our suite of financial products and services.
- Adhere to all bank security protocols and compliance regulations.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized branch environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or prior banking experience is a plus.
- Strong mathematical skills with a proven attention to detail.
- Must be able to pass a background check and credit check.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and bank software systems.
