Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Build lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and financial guidance.
- Maintain accurate cash drawers and reconcile daily end-of-day reports.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products, such as credit cards, savings accounts, and mortgages.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, balance transfers, and form completion.
- Monitor for suspicious activity and adhere to all bank security and compliance protocols.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash handling procedures with integrity.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to pass a background check and credit check.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and banking software.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
