Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior service to meet their banking needs.
- Open new checking and savings accounts and assist with loan applications.
- Cross-sell bank products such as credit cards, mortgages, and investment services.
- Balance the cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure branch environment.
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to branch management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience in the banking or retail sector is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and bank software.
