Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency
- Resolve account inquiries and escalate complex issues
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Train new tellers on branch procedures
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Support branch operations during peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of banking experience
- Proven cash handling accuracy
- Familiarity with FINRA regulations
- Excellent communication skills

- Basic computer proficiency with banking software
- High school diploma or equivalent
