Responsibilities
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs.
- Cash checks, verify documents, and maintain strict cash drawer balances.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all security and compliance regulations.
- Assist in opening new accounts and completing necessary paperwork.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is highly preferred.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
