Responsibilities
- Process daily customer transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments, with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and resolving account issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Identify and cross-sell banking products, such as savings accounts, credit cards, and investment opportunities, to meet customer needs.
- Ensure strict adherence to all banking regulations, internal compliance policies, and security protocols.
- Assist with branch operations, including opening and closing duties, ATM maintenance, and daily cash reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming branch environment that reflects our brand standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; prior experience in banking, retail, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately and quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs occasionally.
- Must successfully pass a background check and credit check.
- Proficiency in using computer terminals and Microsoft Office Suite.
