Responsibilities
- Process daily banking transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing, with 100% accuracy.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily reports to ensure financial integrity.
- Build lasting relationships with customers by answering questions and providing information about our products and services.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional branch environment.
- Assist in opening new accounts and processing account closures when necessary.
- Adhere to all bank policies, security procedures, and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to handle large sums of money accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic banking software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment screening.
