Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Provide superior customer service by answering questions, resolving complaints, and identifying sales opportunities.
- Ensure strict compliance with all bank policies, regulations, and security protocols.
- Balance cash drawers and prepare daily reconciliation reports.
- Open new accounts and assist customers with digital banking platforms.
- Assist with lobby operations and branch maintenance during peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior banking experience is a plus.
- Strong math skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Trustworthiness and a commitment to integrity in financial matters.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed.
