Responsibilities
- Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service through in-person and digital channels
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for banking products
- Resolve customer inquiries and resolve account issues
- Adhere to all banking regulations and security protocols
- Assist with new account openings and basic financial consultations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency with banking software and MS Office
- Fraud prevention knowledge preferred
- Oklahoma banking license (will train)
