Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide personalized financial advice and cross-sell banking products to meet customer needs
- Maintain strict cash drawer accountability and adhere to all security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores
- Support branch operations through ATM maintenance and lobby management
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales and service goals
- Stay updated on banking regulations and compliance procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in finance preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling role
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to serve diverse communities
- Proficiency with banking software and digital platforms
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Familiarity with banking regulations (Regulation E, BSA, etc.)
