Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues promptly.
- Maintain the accuracy of the cash drawer and balance daily transactions.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming branch environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or cash handling is preferred but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle cash accurately.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
