Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and promoting bank products/services
- Maintain cash drawer accountability and balance daily with strict compliance protocols
- Open new accounts and assist customers with digital banking tools
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for loans, credit cards, and investment products
- Adhere to all banking regulations and security procedures
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic math and financial software systems
- Strong attention to detail and error-free transaction processing
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build customer rapport
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Pass background check and credit verification
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations (FDIC, BSA)
