Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Build relationships by identifying customer needs and offering appropriate financial products
- Maintain cash drawer and ATM balancing procedures daily
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to branch managers
- Adhere to all banking regulations and security protocols
- Support branch operations through cross-training in teller and platform services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and basic computer applications
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- FBI background check and financial industry licensing required
