Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance across 15 states
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare monthly/quarterly reports for leadership
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with HR to implement new hire onboarding and termination processes
- Oversee time and attendance system integration with payroll software
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Advanced proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification required
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, garnishment laws, and tax regulations
- Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Proven ability to manage confidential employee data with discretion
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience implementing payroll system upgrades
