Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and cashing checks.
- Build lasting relationships with clients by providing superior service and financial guidance.
- Balance cash drawers and resolve daily discrepancies with precision and integrity.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to meet branch goals and client needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace at all times.
- Assist in the lobby with general inquiries and directional assistance.
- Adhere to all banking regulations and compliance procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong math skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency with Windows and banking software (e.g., FIS, TellerWorks).
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and credit check.
