Responsibilities
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues.
- Cash and verify checks, and ensure cash drawer balances match daily records.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote bank products and services.
- Assist with lobby operations, maintaining a clean and organized branch environment.
- Adhere to all bank security policies and regulatory compliance standards.
- Collaborate with the branch manager to achieve daily sales goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong mathematical skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations.
