Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, ensuring strict adherence to bank security protocols and compliance standards.
- Greet customers warmly and provide accurate account information, proactively identifying opportunities to recommend products and services that meet their financial goals.
- Maintain accurate cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions, balancing all accounts to ensure financial integrity and operational efficiency.
- Maintain a professional and organized workspace, ensuring all safety procedures and operational guidelines are followed at all times.
- Assist customers with new account openings, account inquiries, and troubleshooting online banking or mobile app issues.
- Collaborate with branch staff to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team culture.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience as a bank teller or customer service representative in the financial sector is highly desirable.
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to perform complex calculations quickly and accurately under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and reside in Nevada.
- Ability to pass a background check and a credit check as required by bank policy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
