- Transaction Processing: Accurately process daily transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Cash Management: Maintain and balance cash drawers daily, ensuring strict accuracy and adherence to security protocols.
- Sales & Service: Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services that align with customer needs.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all bank policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls at all times.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Operations Support: Assist in opening new accounts and maintaining a clean, organized branch environment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service or cash handling experience preferred.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency and comfort with financial software applications.
- Attributes: Strong mathematical skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
