Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Cash checks and handle currency with strict attention to security and accuracy.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet individual and branch sales goals.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in branch operations, including opening and closing the lobby.
- Maintain accurate records and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to work with numbers accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and fingerprinting requirements.
- Professional demeanor and a customer-first attitude.
