Responsibilities
- Perform daily cash handling duties, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing accurately and efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior customer service to resolve inquiries and open accounts.
- Maintain accurate daily cash balances and reconcile the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet individual and branch sales goals.
- Assist with lobby operations, including answering phones, filing, and maintaining a clean branch environment.
- Process loan payments and assist with account maintenance tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior banking experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle cash with high accuracy.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn bank software systems quickly.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- FBI fingerprint clearance and background check required.
