Responsibilities
- Process daily cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, with 100% accuracy.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with account inquiries, balances, and product information.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote our savings and checking accounts.
- Handle cash drawer balancing and daily settlement procedures efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Ensure the branch maintains a clean, organized, and secure environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; prior banking experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic math skills and the ability to count cash accurately under pressure.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to pass a background check and credit check (as per banking regulations).
