Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Identify and cross-sell bank products/services to meet customer financial needs
- Resolve customer inquiries and resolve account discrepancies with empathy
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions with 100% accuracy
- Support branch operations through administrative tasks and team collaboration
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office applications
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with multi-language ability a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- FINRA Series 6/63 certification (training provided)
