Responsibilities
- Process transactions with precision and efficiency including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cash advances
- Provide exceptional customer service while identifying opportunities for cross-selling bank products
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to strict regulatory compliance standards
- Assist clients with account inquiries, ATM issues, and basic financial guidance
- Contribute to branch goals through proactive relationship-building and community engagement
- Support new account openings and document processing procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience in customer service role
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and basic Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- NYC banking license or ability to obtain within 30 days
