Responsibilities
- Process transactions accurately (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments)
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts, balances, and services
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Maintain cash drawer integrity and adhere to security protocols
- Open new accounts (checking, savings, certificates of deposit)
- Assist with ATM operations and night deposits
- Document transactions and maintain accurate records
- Participate in branch community outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years cash handling experience preferred
- Proficiency with banking software and digital tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Professional appearance and customer service mindset
