Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior customer service at the teller line.
- Balance daily cash drawers and reconcile transactions within the branch.
- Open new checking and savings accounts for clients.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products to meet branch goals.
- Assist with lobby operations and maintaining branch security.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous cash handling experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic banking software.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
