What You Will Do:
- Process a high volume of daily transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving issues.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with our community members.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch goals.
- Ensure the accuracy of cash drawers and complete daily balancing procedures.
