What You'll Do:
We are seeking candidates who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your primary focus will be delivering an outstanding customer experience while managing daily financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with account transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily reports with accuracy.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote our banking products and services.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Process loan payments and assist with basic account maintenance tasks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or banking experience is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Bank Teller or in customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
