Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial statements and credit risk profiles for corporate clients
- Prepare detailed credit recommendations using Bloomberg Terminal and proprietary risk models
- Collaborate with portfolio managers to structure optimal financing solutions
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes affecting credit decisions
- Maintain accurate documentation in our CRM and credit approval systems
- Mentor junior analysts and lead cross-departmental risk reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in Excel (VBA, pivot tables) and financial modeling
- Strong understanding of GAAP, SEC regulations, and credit underwriting principles
- Proven ability to interpret complex financial documents and cash flow projections
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Active CFA or FRM certification highly desirable
