Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts to support budgeting and long-term planning.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management and the Board of Directors.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Collaborate with department heads to create and manage departmental budgets and resource allocation.
- Perform market research and competitive analysis to provide actionable intelligence on economic shifts.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and ensure compliance with internal and external financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools (Advanced Excel, SAP, Oracle, or Tableau).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial statement analysis, and corporate budgeting processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, strategic insights.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
