- Actively promote bank products and services to meet sales targets
- Conduct daily balancing and reconciliation of cash drawers and accounts
- Collaborate with branch managers to optimize customer experience workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of cash handling experience in financial services
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in customer-facing roles
- Advanced knowledge of banking regulations (Reg CC, BSA, AML)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with high-pressure situations
- Proficiency in core banking systems (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field preferred
