Responsibilities
- Process complex financial transactions for high-net-worth clients with precision and discretion
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries and service issues with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Identify and cross-sell premium banking products including investment accounts and credit facilities
- Maintain strict compliance with FINRA regulations and anti-money laundering protocols
- Mentor junior tellers and optimize branch operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain deep relationships with affluent clientele
- Conduct detailed account reviews and financial wellness consultations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of high-volume banking experience in premium service environments
- Proven track record in cross-selling financial products and services
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 securities license preferred
- Expert knowledge of complex transaction processing and compliance standards
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to handle sensitive financial discussions
- Advanced proficiency in banking software and CRM systems
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
